Coney Island Boy (Boy George/Lou Reed mash up)

Boy George and I are original 70s 'Bowie Boys' which of course switched us on to Lou Reed and when we held a joint exhibition about self created identities I decided to paint George as Lou on the iconic cover of his 'Coney Island Baby' album.

The original painting is now in a private collection but the image proved so popular that it just had to become a print.
As the song says..."This one goes out to Lou and Rachel."
